Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for a third party to provide Internet Audience measurement data for the SSA website www.ssa.gov. SSA anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four (4) one-year options. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541910. The size standard for this code is $6.5 million. In order to provide successful Internet audience demographic and utilization information and analysis, data shall be provided by the third party so that SSA can perform the following tasks on the data: 1) Competitive Analysis, 2) Strategic & Media Planning, 3) Strategic Usage Data & Corporate Development, 4) Privacy Protection of Panelists, and 5) Strategic Use of Technology. Additionally, access to loyalty data shall be provided. This acquisition shall be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Contracting for Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. A Request for Quote will be issued on or about August 10, 2007 with responses due no later than August 23, 2007. The solicitation will be available for downloading from the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and will be available in electronic medium only. HARD COPIES WILL NOT BE MAILED.
