- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center The department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Atlanta, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with SCANCO USA Inc. to provide a Micro-CT 40 X ray system for the VAMC Atlanta. The NACIS code is 334516. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this equipment to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax 334-260-4105. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
