Stainless Steel Automated Animal Watering System for 18 rooms (Room Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, and20) to include the following: A. -2- Pressure Reducing Stations Model 8550-195 equipped with auto flush and monitoring features, a shut-off valve and an injection port for system sanitization furnished with a surface mounted stainless steel cabinet. B. -39- Interconnect stations each equipped with a detachable Kynar recoil hose with stainless steel quick disconnect couplings. This includes a Clean Joint Stainless Steel Room Distribution Piping System complete with 1/2" plastic standoff brackets and mounting hardware. C. -10- Interconnect stations for large animal pens, each including a stainless steel adjustable large animal manifold with pig valve and connected to the Room Distribution with a detachable Kynar hose. Hoses will be equipped with stainless steel quick disconnect couplings. This includes a Clean Joint Stainless Steel Room Distribution Piping System complete with 1/2" plastic standoff brackets and mounting hardware. D. -4- Stainless Steel Solenoid Flush Valves at terminal ends of distribution system with an extension of the stainless steel piping to a sink or floor drain within the animal room, or as designated. E. -1- AWS Controller panel (surface mounted) with power supply to monitor pressure reducing stations for high and low pressure, system leak, and control automated flush valves. F. -1 Lot- Required low voltage cable. G. -1- Inkjet report printer is included with the panel. H. -4- Stainless Steel adjustable large animal manifold with the pig valve and a detachable Kynar Hose for future use. 2. -1- Portable Sanitizer to deliver pre-mixed sanitizing solutions through the room distribution piping via the injection ports. This includes a 20-gallon reservoir/mixing tank mounted on a dolly, submersible pump, and an 8 foot long supply hose with a stainless steel quick disconnect socket. 3. -1- Combination Manifold/Recoil Hose Flush Station to be located in the cage wash area to be used to flush both mobile cage rack mounted manifold piping and recoil hoses and a Chlorine Injector Station Model 6574-301 to provide chlorination for flushing water. 4. Central Proportioner System for the animal watering system to include the following: A. -1- E.I. Model CP-654 Central Proportioner for chlorination. B. -1- Lot- Stainless Steel piping system originating at the Filter Bank Station and terminating at (2) Pressure Reducing Stations. 5. -1- Filter Bank Station consisting of 5 micron, 1 micron and a 0.2 micron filters in-line with a pressure gauge, shut-off valve and injection port all mounted on a stainless steel backplate. Include the following items: 1. -2- Sets of Operation and Maintenance Manuals (CD Version). 2. On-site operational instruction of the system at the time of system start-up by a qualified Representative. 3. Required Submittal Drawing for approval. NMCP will provide power for field crew electrical tools, light and heat in work area. Installation Service: 1. NMCP will provide all necessary access to animal rooms to perform labor and move existing equipment cage racks, or animals as necessary to provide crews access to animal rooms or other work areas. 2. Working hours 8:00 a.m ? 4:30p. m. 4. Upon completion of the on-site installation, the entire new room distribution system will be sanitized with a hyper-chlorinated solution (15-20 ppm) for 20-30 minutes (minimum) and then flushed and filled with the supplied house water.
