This is a commercial item and will be solicited on an unrestricted basis utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 79 each for base year, Minimum Order Qty is 79 each, Maximum Order Qty is 316, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 316 each, Maximum Contract Qty per year is 632 each.
