- The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, DART, Cincinnati, OH, requires the recovery of sixteen peaces laboratory data associated with methods that were evaluated and developed at DataChem Laboratories, Inc. for NIOSH Under contract (CDC-200-2001-0800). No additional laboratory work is being requested. Only retrieval of data and summarization of work already completed at DataChem is proposed. Responsible sources that believe they possess the expertise and capabilities identified above are encouraged to submit to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) days form posting date of this notice their capabilities statement and supporting information in the format they choose, not to exceed ten (10) pages. Information received in response to this notice will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative responses are received with fifteen (15) days, negotiations will be conducted with DataChem Laboratories, Inc. as the only source and a purchase order will be issued without any additional notices being posted.
