- The purpose of this Screening Information Request (SIR) is to seek competent and qualified contractors for the Installation of the 28R Localizer and Glide Slope Facility; Installation of the 10R Localizer Equipment Building; Installation of the 10R Midfield RVR, and associated miscellaneous work at the Boise Air Terminal/Gowen Field, in Boise, Idaho. The Screening Information Request (SIR) is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns (NAICS 237990). Work covered under this project will include the installation of a new Localizer (LOC)/Distance Measuring (DME) and Glide Slope (GS) facility to serve runway 28R, the installation of a new LOC/DME equipment building and associated antenna raceway to serve runway 20R, the installation of a Midfield Runway Visual Range (RVR) to serve runway 10R, and the installation of a new power service to serve the existing runway 10R Rollout RVR - at the Boise Air Terminal, in Boise, Idaho.
