Description

1. General Description The contractor will provided Quarterly Maintenance Support for our (2 ea) Caljan Conveyer Systems in accordance with the terms in this statement of work. 2. General Requirements The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, labor, equipment materials, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to provide quarterly maintenance as listed below. 3. Locations of Performance Conveyers reside at Building 426, Ramstein Air Base Post Office. 4. Description of Services 4.1 Adjustment and tensioning of belts and chains 4.2 Adjustment of guide rollers and supports rollers 4.3 Cleaning of the belt drums 4.4 Complete interior cleaning 4.5 Lubrication of chains according to directions 4.6 Check the functioning and reliability of all mechanical parts 4.7 Examination of the driving elements 4.8 Examination of driving mechanism and electrical connecting device inside the conveyor 4.9 Removal of small defects. As for expensive repair works 4.10 Functional check of transportation system 4.11 The replacement of spare parts in done in accordance to special settlement 4.12 Spare parts must only be replaced after specific agreement with Ramstein Post Office Hours of Operation All services shall be performed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as determined by 435 CS/SCSL personnel Point of Contact Ramstein Air Base, 435 CS/SCSL POC SMSgt Mark Pechman, or MSgt DiRisio Telephone 06371-47-2889/6166
