- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with addit ional information included in this notice. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of: (2 ea) Clinical-grade phase microscope, custom machined camera adapter houses a 2 micron/division reticle to faclitate size determination of substance. Hi-definition digital camera protected within a water resistant housing, finger tip control of all ca mera functions. Comes w/ a wheeled gasket sealed case with handle, complete field operating manual. Rechargeable batteries included. NOTE: Please include shipping in the unit cost. Quotes must show FOB DESTINATION .
