Description
The U.S Army Communication Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Integrated Military Standard Radio Package for the Iraqi Armed Forces for Various FMS Cases. The Government intends to procure hardw are and services for this procurement. The hardware will consist of but is not limited to VHF Fixed Re-Transmitters, 58 each, VHF Vehicle Re-Transmitters, 73 each, VHF Vehicular Radio System1150 each, 5 Watt VHF Handheld Radios, 8285 each, 10 Watt VHF Man Pack Radio System, 1523 each, 50 Watt VHF Vehicular Radio System for Wheeled Vehicles, 2358 each, 20 and 50 Watt VHF Vehicular Radio System for tracked vehicles, 88 each 9 are 50 Watt and 79 are 20 Watt, 50 Watt VHF Base Station Radio System, 355 each, an d VHF/UHF Ground to Air Radios, 9 each. The services will consist of Operator/Maintenance Training and Installation to be conducted in the country of Iraq and Vehicle Installations on HMMWVs, 1769 each, Land Rovers, 354 each and Suburbans, 236 each. The contractor shall also be self-sufficient which pertains to life support and movement and security of contractor personnel. The contractor must also provide food, housing, transportation, equipment for all personnel as well. Delivery of all the hardware shall commence 30 days after contract award with all delivery and services to be completed 12 months thereafter. This acquisition will be full and open competition and will be conducted by way of a Best Value Source Selection. The NAICS code for this pro curement is 334220. The number assigned to this solicitation is W15P7T-07-R-D275. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source and the FOB Point is destination The solicitation will be issued on or around 21 August 2007 and submission of Proposals are du e on or around 05 September 2007. .
