- The anticipated site visit for 16 August is changed. An organized Site Visit has been arranged for 23 August 2007 at 1000 hours at Whiteman AFB. Entry (EAL) forms (attached) for all attending personnel must be furnished NO LATER THAN noon on 20 August 2007 by email to Catherine.j.krisher@usace.army.mil (te lephone 816-389-3958). It is important that the name that is listed on EAL matches the driver's license. Provide the state of issue for the driver's license. If the person does not have a driver's license but a state ID, please note the number, state, a nd ID. If they have neither, the state that the SSN was issued in. If someone is not a U.S. citizen, they will need to come with their proof that they are legal. The base no longer requires vehicle information, everyone in the vehicle must present a base pass in order for the vehicle to get on base. If for any reason the vehicle is stopped or inspected, a valid registration and insurance must be presented or the driver will be ticketed and banned from base. The Request for Proposal is anticipated for release on or about 9 Aug 2007. The proposal will be due 1600 hours, 10 September 2007.
