Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9114F-07-R-0041. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Feder al Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. Proposed quotations shall meet the salient characteristics of the specifications for this equipment in order to be considered for contract award. Only one award will be made for all line items. Item 0001 Total Containment Device Sterile, Connection, Haemonetics Corp P/N: B40-001245 or comparable equal, 2 EACH Item 0002 Automated Cell Processor, Haemonetics Corp P/N: 02215-110-E or comparable equal, 2 EACH Required voltage for all electrical equipment is 220V/50Hz Equipment must be FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved.
