- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for the purchase of 2 each gear driven positioners manufacturer Koike Aronson, Inc. P/N HD60VF. This brand name is manditory. Offers for alternate products will not be considered. Special characteristics: A) Capacity: 6,000 lbs load, center of gravity 12? overhang, 12? off center. B) Rotation: 1.5 - .015 RPM @ 72,000 LbIn. Torque, 3 hp 100: 1 AC variable frequency drive. C) Tilt: 135 degree tilt in 24 sec, 123,000 LbIn torque, inherent overhang, 3 HP constant speed AC brakemotor. D) Table: BST 48? x 48? x 2?, 4 slots, 3 / 4 ? 10 nuts, 3? dia spindle 2,000 AMPS ground current conduction. E) Primary voltage: 460/3/60. The material being supplied shall meet these requirements (no deviations accepted). Quantity 2 each. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00189-07-Q-PU21 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The standard NAICS classification is 333992. Pricing shall be FOB Destination, Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME, 03904. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with proposals. The following clauses / provisions also apply to this acquisition: 52,212-4, 52.212-5 (including 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, a nd 52.232-33). (Note: Federal Acquisition Regualtion (FAR) text is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far.). Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number).
