- FISC San Diego intends to award a sole source contract for subscription to the Corporation for Educational Network Initiatives in California on behalf of Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA to CENIC of Cypress, CA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the contracting officer. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates an award date on or about 17 August 2007.
