- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Gamry Instruments Inc on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for the following equipment: 1 each Electrochemical Multiplexer P/N 990-00217; 7 each Cables for Electrochemical Multiplexer Cell P/N 985-00038; 2 each Potentiostat/Galvanostat/ZRA P/N 992-00057; 1 each Software Fundamental License V5 P/N 987-00047, DC105 DC Corrosion Technique License V5 P/N 987-00035, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Software License, EIS300 P/N 987-00041, Electrochemical Frequency Modulation Software License, EFM140 P/N 987-00038, Upgrade EIS 300 Software License V4 P/N 987-00018, Software Upgrade DC105 Software License V4 P/N 987-00014. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on compatibility to Gamry Instruments Inc. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis.
