- DISA/DITCO on behalf of the Joint Information Operations Warfare Command, intends to make a sole source purchase to Blackbird Technologies, Inc., 13900 Lincoln Park Drive, Herndon, VA 20171-3254 for two ten day courses, Introduction to Wireless Radio Reconnaissance and Custom Wireless Radio Reconnaissance Concepts, for two students as well as provide training materials including two Dell D620 running Fedora Core 6, four ORiNOCO 11 b/g PC Card Gold Model 8470-FCs, two 2.4 GHz 14.5 dBi Radome Enclosed Wireless LAN Yagi Antennas, eight MC-Card to N-Male Pigtail Models CA-MCNMC1M5, two 2.4 GHz/900 MHz Dual Band 3 dBi Magnetic Omnidirectional Antennas HG2403MGU, two Tripp Lite Power Verters 375W 12V DC to AC Portable Power Inverter, two SanDisk Cruzer Micro-USB flash drives-1 GB, two GlobalSat Bluetooth GPS Receivers BT338W, two pelican cases, cables and network, and copy and binding. This training shall meet the customer's requirement in respect to 802.11 a/b/g sensitive site exploitation. The contractor shall have a SECRET level of security clearance and have operational and tactical experience with wireless technologies at time of award. The training will be provided at a Government Facility in the Virginia Beach area. This training will occur at any time between contract award and 12 months following contract award providing a two week lead time prior to the class convene date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and if a proposed contractor can provide the identical training and equipment to those defined in this notice they are instructed to submit detailed information describing their training and equipment and submit a quote of their training prices and equipment prices by the closing date specified herein.
