After reaching the website, look for the DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), then click on DSCC Solicitations Search/Request for Proposal(RFP)/Invitations for Bid(IFB). Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.NSN 4720-01-195-1002, Hose Assembly, Solar Turbine (66195) P/N 83G1040 Annual Demand Quantity 144 ea; NSN 5330-00-919-0185, Gasket, Solar Turbine (66195) P/N 42586-1, Annual Demand Quantity 575 ea. Destination - Various DLA Stocking Locations, Delivery Schedule as needed. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FEDBIZOPPS on its issue date of 8/22/07. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. Total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
