- The United States Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO)is using simplified acquisition procedures to aquire 13010 Assorted Toner Cartridges using the authority of the Patent & Trademark Acquisition Guidelines(PTAG) PTAG Regulation are accessible at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/comp/proc/acquproc.htm. The total amount of the buy is estimated to be between 350,000 and 500,000 depending on the prices offered. The USPTO reserves the right to buy more or less of the product at the quoted vendor prices.
