- Previous announcement, which restricted competition to Emerging Small Business Concerns located within a 100 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky, is modified to read as follows: This procurement is issued on an unrestricted size basis, in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Area of consideration is restricted to firms (large or small) who are located within a 100 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky.
