- I. The closing date/time of the solicitation is changed to Friday, 10 August 2007, at 2:00 pm Central Time. II. Questions and Answers Q. Are they blanket filters or panel filters? Are the second stage filters pocket filters? A. The first stage filters are blanket type The second stage filters are pocket type. Q. The solicitation states that the used paint booth filters will be disposed of by the contractor. Since the used filters are considered hazardous, is base Enviromental going to allow the contractor to remove them from the base? A. The vendor removes the old filters and puts them in the boxes provided by Eglin AFB and closes them. Eglin AFB then arranges for the base waste contractor to pick up the boxes. III. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
