- The 35th Contracting Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan intends to award a sole source purchase order to WRG Fire Training Simulation Systems, Inc. Required items are upgrading for five Hard Drives while maintaining valid warranty. Items to be purchased are: CLIN 0001 - EARTHQUAKE PROTECTION ADD SS FLEX HEB MOUNT, AND FLEX PIPE, CLIN 0002 - REMTRON WIRELESS SAFETY OFFICER OPERATOR INTERRUPTER, CLIN 0003 - SSAFETY CHAINS AND WARNING SIGNAGE, CLIN 0004 - SAFETY CHAINS AT ATTIC DOORS, CLIN 0005 - GALVANIZED SAFETY HANDRAILING AND SERVICE GATES TO PITCHED ROOF, CLIN 0006 - NON-SLIP RUBBER MATTING TO PITCHED ROOF, CLIN 0007 - ADD TOWER LIGHTING PACKAGE TO CONSIST OF 4-1000WATT EXTERIOR WALL PAKS, 4-48 INCH WET LOCATION FLORESENT LIGHTS, WIRE, CONDUIT, CLIN 0008 - PT LADDER RAILINGS CONTINUOUS AT ROOF EAVES, CLIN 0009 - REFIT / RE-LOCATE SMOKE INDUCTOR AND BLOWER SYSTEM TO PROPER LOCATION, CLIN 0010 - ON-SITE INSTALLATION WORK. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 17 Aug 07 at 4:00 P.M.
