- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, TX, intends to solicit quotes for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform on-site maintenance and repair services on Government-owned DRASH trailers containing power generation equipment and environmental control units (i.e., air conditioning equipment). The associated North American Industrial Code System is 811310. Small Business size standard is $6.5 million. The contract will be firm-f ixed-price with reimbursable costs for replacement parts. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 8 August 2007 and quotes will be due on or about 29 August 2007. The request for quotes will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry web site: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than close of business 22 August 2007 and shall be sumitted to maria.briseno@us.army.mil. Responses to questions will be made via amendment to the RFQ and will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry web site. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration web site at http://www.ccr.gov/ and must complete their on-line representations and certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov/ before award can be made. Invoices and payments shall be processed via the Wide Area Work Flow at http://www.dfas.mil/contractorpay/electroniccommerce.html
