Box 532711, Los Angeles, CA 90053-2325 Description: SOLICITATION NO.: W912PL-07-B-0007 Project Title Bull Creek Channel Ecosystem Restoration LOCATION: , Bull Creek Channel, Los Angeles County, CA Estimated Cost Range is $1, 000,000.00 - $5,000,000. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Y-299, SIC CODE: 1629 NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $31,000,000. TYPE OF AWARD: Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract DESCRIPTION: Project consists Development of approx 28 acres of aquatic, riparian, and native upland habitat to enhance and restore wildlife resources in and adjacent to Bull Creek Channel. The site contains a mixture of native and exotic species. The p roposed project would restore scharce, high-value wildlife habitat to an area that has been heavily impacted by urbanization. The performance period for this project is approximately 485 calendar days The solicitation will be available on or about 21 August 2007. All bids are due Sept. 21, 2007/1:00 pm PST. Site Visit is anticipated on or about 28 August 2007, Sepulveda Basin (entrance to Park Road from Balboa Blvd., just south of Victory Blvd., plea se contact Juan Martinez 213-452-3649 for additional information.
