Description: The Contractor shall perform the Western System Coordinating Council (NERC) testing on Generating Units 1, 2, and 3 at Gavins Point Power Plant and an Option for Units 1-5 at Garrison Power Plant. 1. Generating Units 1 and 2 shall be designated as p rimary units which shall require complete testing. Generating Unit 3 shall be designated as a sister unit of Generating Unit 1 and shall require cursory tests to compare the performance to the primary unit.
