VAN BUREN, MO. Solicitation Number 144907529. THIS PROUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR COMPETITION AMONG SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. PROJECT NAME: Solid Waste Disposal on the Upper Current, Jacks Fork, and Lower Current River of Ozark National Scienic Riverways, Van Buren, MO. Contract is Multi-Year (base year and two (2) option years). The NAICS Code is 562111 and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: BETWEEN $50,000.00 - $250,000.00. All Solid Waste will be taken to an EPA approved landfill with authorization. SOLICITATION IS A COMMERCIAL ITEM ACQUISITION. The U. S. Department of Interior, Natioinal Park Service is soliciting competitive offers for a fixed price Commercial Item Service Contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: solid waste removal to an EPA approved landfill at Ozark National Scenic Riverways, as per attached specifications. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 23, 2007 WITH AN OFFER DUE DATE OF ABOUT SEPTEMBER 24, 2007.
