- NAVAIR Lakehurst intends to exercise an option on Contract N68335-06-C-0345 on a sole source basis with Aerol Co. Inc.; which was synopsized May 8, 2006 for a quantity of twenty each with three option periods. Option one and two were for a quantity of eight each and option three for a quantity of two each of the maunually Operated Brake System, Part Number 82977, for the V-22 Hub and Blade Stand to support the MV/CV-22 Aircraft Hub and Blade assemblies for Operational and Intermediate level maintenance. Aerol Co. is the original equipment manufacturer of this brake system.
