Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Oologah Technologies Inc, Stennis Space Center, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification (P00001) of existing contract N62306-06-C-7033 to expand the requirements for Accelerated Interim Tactical Ocean Data Level 2 (TDO2) as set forth in a revised Statement of Work (SOW) with completion no later than 31 Jan 2008. The estimated modification amount is $600K. The basic contract was issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside for businesses located within a 50 mile radius of Stennis Space Center, MS, as the work is being performed on-site. A written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. The applicable NAICS is 518210. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Notes 22 and 29.
