- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (1) E1500: EM7 E1500: All-in-one IT Management System Maintenance for EM7 E1500. Brand name required. Evaluation factor will be lowest price. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, prior to close-of-business 22 August 2007. No telephone calls please.
