- REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 25,320 BOMA USF of office space. LOCATION: The requirement must be within 2000 walkable linear feet from a Metro Station within the following geographic area: Starting at the intersection of I-66 and North Glebe Rd; S on N. Glebe Rd/S. Glebe Rd to Jefferson Davis Hwy; N on Jefferson Davis Hwy to RT 233; E on RT 233 to George Washington Pkwy; N on George Washington Pkwy to I-66; W on I-66 to N. Glebe Rd. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 3, 2008. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to 10 years.
