- USTRANSCOM TCAQ-S anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals on or about 18 Sep 07 for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS)for Air Mobility Command (AMC) at El Dorado International Airport, Bogota, Colombia. The contractor shall provide ATGHS for AMC missions, to include but not limited to, providing a complete range of cargo services; providing a complete range of passenger and baggage services; managing data input processes; and coordinating arranged services. Services include providing all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and other necessary items in order to facilitate on-time departures and work all missions requiring ground handling services. Anticipated period of Performance is from 1 Feb 08 to 30 Sep 08, plus two one-year options. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency in accordance with the solicitation.
