- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of three (3) each CEREX UV SENTRY SYSTEM, to include UV Xenon based optical transmitter unit, UV integrated spectrometer optical receiver unit, power cable, signal cable, UV Sentry continuous monitor software, sealed calibtration cell, spectral library, heavy duty tripod m ount with precision head, Cerex internal single board p/c with microsoft windows XP, USB, Ethernet and wireless interface, remote communications radio modem option, on-site equipment set-up and comprehensive training course, and travel costs. Brand N ame or Equal, equal to or greater, per FAR clause 52.211-6. Note: This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cerex Monitoring Solutions LLC., 739 Trabert Avenue, Suite D, Atlanta, Ga., 30318-4241. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. Spporting evidence must be furn ished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. Submit written offers (oral offerers will not be accepted), on W911S6-07-T- 0089. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registrati on (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334516 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
