Description

Requirement for award of a requirements type contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace hydrants, valves, and watermain at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The proposed procurement is unrestricted under NAI CS 237110 with a corresponding small business size standard of $31 million. This contract will be for a base year and three option years. The project magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for the base and all option years. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding of FAR Part 14. The IFB will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 9 August 2007. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard copies of bid d ocuments will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. The Bid opening date will be approximately 30 days after bid issuance (initial posting on website) as indicated on the solicitation. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium of submissio n of bid documents will not be allowed. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. .
