Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites proposals for Roof Replacement of Hatchery Building at the Green Lake National Fish Hatchery located in Ellsworth, Maine. The work under this contract includes the removal and disposal of portions of the existing building as indicated, coal tar built-up roof including insulation, vapor barrier, membrane flashings, wood cants, wood blocking, and metal flashings. The work includes the provision of a new modified bituminous sheet roof system including associated base flashings, gypsum cover board, rigid insulation, cant strips, wood blocking, metal flashing, and reinstallation of roof vents, electrical exhaust fans, and incidental related work. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000. and $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160 (SIC code is 1761). This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a August 16, 2007.
