- Request for Quotation (RFQ) for labor and material to prepare, clean, repair and paint interior of a 3000 gallon water storage tank. Replace lower hatch gasket and bolts matching existing steel hardness in such manner that it is water tight. Contractor is responsible to field verify all measurements of water tank. A site visit is highly recommended. Estimated cost range is below $25,000. NAICS code is 238320. An award will be made in accordance with the Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and set-aside for Emerging Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The Davis-Bacon Act for wage determinations will apply. The project is anticipated to start on or about 09/24/2007 and end on or before 30 days (10/23/2007). Please contact Linda J.
