Description: The U. S. Geological Survey, BRD, National Wildlife Health Center, Madison, WI is a participant in an Interagency Avian Influenza Survellance Program. Those in the program have been mandated to use the Qiagen OneStep RT-PCR kits by the US Department of Argiculture. Failure to use USDA NAHLN approved reagents would exclude the Department of Interior from participation in the program. There is no written solicitiation for this requirement.
