- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared by the Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), in Woodbridge, VA, in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation M67854-07-T-0064 is issued hereto as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 and DFARS Change Notice 20070802. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423430 and a size standard of 100 employees. The requirement is to renew the annual maintenance agreement for Extreme Networks network switches [See attached list of Extreme Networks items (with description and part num ber) to be procured]. Warranted maintenance on the Extreme Networks brand network switches can only be provided by the manufacturer, Extreme Networks. Consequently, this RFQ requests quotes for Extreme Networks brand name items only. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, and submit it with the offer.
