Description

Line Item 0001: Women?s Health Care Nurse Practitioner that can meet the expectations of the PWS. The Contractor shall provide a fully credentialed contracting provider performing Women?s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner (WHCNP) outpatient services for GYN patients as scheduled by the Government for its beneficiaries. The WHCNP shall provide care in established facilities at the 52d Medical Group Spangdahlem AB, Germany or its geographically separated units (GSUs) such as Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base Clinic. These clinics and the Government are also referred to as the ?Medical Treatment Facility? (MTF) herein. WHCNP care shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian Medical Treatment Facility. Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, teaching, consultations and reports, except as provided in section C-3. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in this performance work statement (PWS) and professional standards such as NCCA Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs, and compliance with the Air Force Inspection Agency and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). *** Period Of Performance: Sep 07 - Sep 08 There will also be four option years that may be needed. *** IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE FULL PWS PLEASE CONTACT ONE OF THE POC'S FOR THIS INFORMATION.
