- **This Notice is Modified as Follows** Offerors that respond to this requirement must be a Technical Service Provider (TSP)that is Certified by the National Resource Conservation Service (NRCS.) This requirement is being solicited as a small business set aside under RFP AG-3151-S-07-0035. This requirement seeks to obtain contractor provided services for follow-up technical assistance on existing approved conservation plans for the Conservation Reserve Program. A previous contract completed 390 conservation plans in four pilot states (Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Washington) that now require compliance reviews to certify actual performance by the landowners.
