The Minimum sepcifications are: 1)Useable over the wavelength range wavelength= 1.6 microns to 4 microns . 2)Minimum required optical power of 200 microW at wavelength= 2 microns . 3)Frequency resolution = 10 MHz. 4)Built-in frequency reference with combined standard uncertainty = 60 MHz 5)Update rate greater than or equal to 1 Hz. 6)USB or GPIB/IEEE 488 interface. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
