Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C., is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health services within the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area defined as follows: The contractor shall be located no further than three miles (in any direction) from where the federal offenders are housed. The location of the housing facility is 4000 S West Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2007 with four (4) possible one-year option periods. Services will end (if all options years are exercised) on September 30, 2012. The quantities provided below are estimates of required services: Base Year: Estimated Number of Inmates: 26 ∙ Intake Assessment (one per inmate), Estimated 4 inmates = 4 total ∙ Individual Counseling Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated May 2007. Instructions for downloading the RFQ are provided at this website; hard copies of the quotation will not be available from the Government. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date for the RFQ is on or about September 7, 2007. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price requirements contract. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
