- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation RFQ20507-0011-7, for the requirement of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - BREAD. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, orders will be placed by food service department to be delivered two times per week. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center Devens, 36 Independence Drive, Building 1677, Ayer, MA 01432. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about AUGUST 17, 2007, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov . All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is SEPTEMBER 14, 2007. Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card.
