- The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with the Population Reference Bureau (PRB); 1875 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 520; Washington, D.C. 20009-5728, to provide BLS with a unique combination of familiarity with India?s statistical system, access to expert knowledge of India?s statistics, and strong data analysis and writing skills that are needed to accomplish the work under this contract. Total cost for this requirement will NTE $20,000.00 This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no RFP notice. For Information Purposes Only.
