Description

The DoS is preparing a solicitation for the Renovation of the Officer Training Center, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. The USG is looking for a contractor to complete the proposed renovation no later than March 30, 2008. All renovation work will be located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. All interested parties must be able to get the location to view the site and have an understanding of what is required to complete the work, in addition to the necessary legal documents and insurance to complete overseas renovation. Please see the attached Statement of Work for an understanding of the requirement, if there are any questions please contact Jason A. Porter via email at PorterJA@state.gov. Mr. Porter is your point of contact for this requirement and must be contacted via email, all phone calls will be considered non-responsive and will not be returned, and questions must be provided electronically and will be answered in whole on 15 August 2007 by 1200 EST. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or around the 15th of August and proposals will be due on the 20th of August by 1200 EST.
