- DESCRIPTION: Construction Services, provide all labor, material and equipment to remodel selected areas of Building 4, at the VA Medical Center, Sheridan, Wyoming. Work will include demolition, painting, carpet, ceiling (acoustical), electrical and communications installations. All work shall be completed in accordance with all Federal, State and OSHA regulations. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. There will be a 90 day construction period. The bid opening will be on/about September 23, 2007. Bid Packages will be issued on 8/24/2007. Telephone requests for bid packages will be honored, call the Contracting Officer at 307-672-1679. Faxed requests may be sent to the Contracting Officer at 307-672-1901. There will not be a Pre-Bid conference, but interested contractors may call Bob Longhini at 307-752-1673 to make arrangments to visit the site.
