- Description
- The Contractor shall provide (1) help desk services for EITDR during development, procurement, data collection, usage, modification/enhancement, implementation, integration, testing, verification, validation, protection; and (2) maintenance of tools, processes, guidelines, methodologies, models, simulations, databases, web sites, validation; and (3) maintenance of training and course materials for Government and Contractor personnel in technical and software engineering areas such as, requirements definition, developmental planning and support; and (4) generate ad hoc reports and applications to support the execution and management of the AF budget process. (A001) (A002) As part of the Help desk function the Contractor shall review, report and track trouble reports on EITDR items, such as, but not limited to, system and subsystem concepts, designs, drawings, specification, tests, procedures, documentation, and analyses, for compliance with applicable military, federal, intelligence, state, local, contractual, commercial, or international statutes, regulations, policies, directives, instructions, executive orders, codes, requirements or standards. The Contractor shall ensure that all EITDR trouble report findings and/or recommendations be thoroughly documented, delivered and/or presented to the Government and monitored for implementation and/or resolution, as directed by the Government. (A001) (A002) (A003) The Contractor shall develop and evaluate solutions to EITDR trouble reports such as, but not limited to plans, strategies, automated report generation, functional or process requirements and compliance documents, specifications, instructions, reports, directives, policies, and event driven evaluation criteria. (A003) The Contractor shall submit, as appropriate, recommendations for streamlining and improving all elements of the EITDR trouble reporting Process. (A003) Contractor Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the Contractor to, at all times, conduct itself and to ensure the performance of its deployed personnel in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant Contract in the completion of all work, and in the spirit of the values and ethics code for the public service. The Contractor is responsible for the quality and completeness of all work completed under the resultant Contract and submitted to 554 ELSG/SB in fulfillment of all obligations.
