- NONPERSONAL SERVICES: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform Grease Trap Cleaning and Tank Pumping. This solicitation is a 100 percent total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562991 The Small Business Size Standard is $6.5 mil. The intent is to establish a firm fixed price purchase order with a base year and two one year options. This Acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13 using Commercial Acquisition Procedures.
