- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is sole source to ASCOR Incorporated, 4384 Enterprise Place, Fremont, CA 94538. This acquistion is for 2 each of the following items: ASCOR Model MP4-5802-1 and ASCOR Model MP4-5814-2 , Power Supply. Delivery shall be no later than (90) days after date of order with inspection/acceptance and FOB at destination. The provision of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 applies to this order.
