- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number Q7350070010 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the purchase of two RiverPro 176 HiPro / 200 Optimax Sport Jet or equivalent jet propulsion river boats with trailers with the following specifications: Lenght 17' 6", Beam 92", Max Vertical Side Height 28.5", Dead Rise 6 degrees, Mercury 200 Opti Max Sport Jet, All-welded PST aluminum hull: Sides: .100 Bottom: .190 Skid Plate: .25, 18" Swim Platform/Pump Guard, Delta pad / Full reverse chine bottom design, 28 gallon fuel tank, Tachometer/Volt gauge/Temp gauge/Fuel gauge, Auto/Manual bilge pump (500 GPH), Bilge blower, 12 volt power point (10 amp), Lanyard stop switch, 2 Bow storage areas, Console dry storage areas, Side and transom storage trays, Sprayed rubberized urethane deck & floors, Clear coat Zolatone paint. These boats and trailers will be delivered to Amistad National Recreation Area, Del Rio, Texas 78840-9350. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. The applicable NAICS number is 441222, and a small business size standard is $6.5 million. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside Procurement.
