- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of Commander, Navy Region Northwest (CNRNW)is soliciting for technical support, repair and maintenance of the Alerton BACnet DDC Control System used by Naval Base Kitsap (NBK)-Bremerton. To prevent any compromise of existing Alerton warranties the maintenance and technical support must be performed by an authorized Alerton dealer. In accordance with FAR 6.302 this effort is to be negotiated on a sole source basis with ATS Automation, Renton, WA the authorized Alerton dealer for north, central and western Washington. A base contract plus 4 option years is anticipated. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation is being issued as a commercial acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Delivery is required 1 October 2007 FOB Destination NBK Bremerton. Written requests may be emailed to patricia.bly@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
