- The USMC Blount Island Command requires the lease of 14 portable chemical toilets with waterless sanitary soap for one base year plus two option years. Service will include twice per week cleaning in accordance with commercial practices. (Government has the right to increase or decrease the number of holding tanks. Emergency placement of toilets to include service with 24 hr notice (including Sat,Sun and Holidays) This procurement is being conducted under the combined synopsis/solicitation simplified acquisition procedures identified within FAR 13.5 for commercial items. As such, the award may be made within 30 days of the date of this announcement. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this Internet site for the release of amendments (if any). Solicitations shall be mailed or e-mailed to the following address: Contract Management Support Office, A ttn: Alice M.
