- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. ACTION CODE ?P? IS USED IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE INCLUSION OF DRAWINGS TO THIS SOLICITATION. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO BE DOWNLOADED. THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE IS 04 SEPT 2007, 2:00 P.M. EST. The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to issue a solicitation for the installation of a reception/guard desk. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561210, and the business size standard is 30.0M. An electronic file containing the full text of the solicitation is issued concurrently herewith. A MANDITORY site visit will be held on August 20, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. at The Bureau of the Public Debt, 200 Third Street, Main Building, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
